Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 (draft)Updated 2026-09-27Effective: [EFFECTIVE DATE]

Draft. This text is under legal review. The effective date will appear here once it is published.

This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every workspace, member, API key and app that uses Kweko. It exists so that Kweko stays fast, safe and trusted by messengers, payment providers and our customers' clients.

1. Messaging your clients

  • Contact people only when you have a lawful basis to do so, including their consent where the law requires it.
  • Honour every opt-out. When a client writes a stop word or asks you not to contact them, stop. Kweko's opt-out keywords and quiet hours help, but they do not replace your responsibility.
  • Follow the rules of each channel: the Telegram terms and bot rules, the Meta policies for Instagram and WhatsApp (including WhatsApp message templates and the 24-hour window), and the rules of your SMS provider (Eskiz, Playmobile) on sender names and content.
  • Identify your business in the messages you send. Do not pretend to be another person or company.

2. What is not allowed

You must not use Kweko to:

  • send spam: unsolicited bulk messages, SMS or calls, or messages to bought or scraped contact lists;
  • offer or sell goods and services that are prohibited or require a licence you do not have under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
  • commit or help fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, or collect passwords or card details under false pretences;
  • send threats, harassment, hate speech, content that calls for violence, or content that sexualises minors;
  • collect or process personal data unlawfully, including buying or selling databases of personal data;
  • infringe other people's intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • store special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometrics and similar) without a legal basis and the protection the law requires.

3. Protecting the platform

You must not:

  • try to access other workspaces, accounts or data you are not authorised to see, or test Kweko's security without our written permission (report vulnerabilities to [email protected]);
  • overload the Service, get around its limits, rate limits or sending caps, or create multiple accounts or workspaces to avoid limits or trials;
  • scrape the Service, or use the API or apps in ways that the API documentation or the app platform rules forbid;
  • upload malware, or use Kweko to host or distribute it;
  • resell or give access to the Service to third parties, except as the Terms allow.

4. Fair use

Plan limits (automation runs, AI credits, storage, API requests and similar) are shown in Settings → Usage and limits. Some limits are soft and grow with a workspace's history of normal use. Very high volumes that affect other customers may be slowed down until they return to normal, and we will contact the Owners to agree a suitable plan.

5. What happens if the policy is broken

Depending on the seriousness, we may:

  1. warn the Owners and ask them to fix the problem;
  2. temporarily restrict the feature that is being misused (for example, bulk sending or an API key);
  3. suspend the workspace in serious or repeated cases, or immediately when the law requires it or other users are at risk.

We tell the Owners what we restricted and why, unless the law forbids it, and we restore access once the cause is removed. Where the law requires, we report unlawful activity to the competent authorities.

6. Reporting abuse

If you receive spam or see illegal activity sent through Kweko, write to [email protected] with the details (sender, time, content). We review every report.
